Terry Fenelon
With over thirty years in and around
concrete products, Mr.. Fenelon holds
several construction related patents and
is currently the principle of a national
pigment company. Terry has experience
pioneering concrete products and
successfully bringing them to market
on a national scale. He is a long time
member of CSI and AIA.

Todd owns and operates a decorative
concrete distribution company based in
Michigan. He is known in the decorative
concrete industry as an innovative trainer,
creating the first state sponsored decora-
tive certification class in the United States.
Todd is an annual speaker at the World of
Concrete and has traveled internationally
to consult on large decorative installations
and provide unique training solutions.
